im pretty sure its just really hard water marks. what do you guys use to get rid of them?

shouldnt be paint. the wheels werent near the car when the paint is touched up and it wasnt there when the wheels went on. Do you drive on gravel at all? maybe took some rocks in the barrel?

Those ones kinda look like water marks or dried soap from the car wash

Wheel foam cleaner should take it off, Or stainless/chrome polish. Thats what i use to get the hard water marks off mine.
