hi, i recently bought the same wheels for my SC and was wondering if you needed to do any fender modifications to make them fit.

my car is lowered on Supra TT struts and Tein springs

my tires are 235/40/18 front
255/40/18 rear

thank you for your time. any input would be greatly appreciated

Hi,
the guy who painted my car rolled the fenders and pulled them a few mm. Our regulations to be street legal are really strictly so it's not allowed that the wheels rub at all.
I have 225/40/18 front and 265/35/18 in the rear. The front fits fine, I will buy wheels spacers soon, but the rear needs at least a little bit roll. And I would recommend a 35 tire in the back.

long time no post :/
I finally installed my recaros.

here are two pictures from the biggest German JDM car meet called Reisbrennen.

I destroyed a tire during a burnout

luckily there was a drift event, so they gave me a drifted tire (Falken Azenis rt-615k). At least I came home with it. Got it for free from Lars Verbraeken (Falken Drift Team).

More pictures will come soon (or later^^). I will be featured in one of the next issues of Maximum Tuner. The only JDM magazine we have in Germany.

This is kind of a weird question, but do soarers not come with memory seats from the factory??

Also, could you take a pic of your passenger door panel. I want to see if your wood trim in front of the door handle is plan. The reason why I'm asking is because on our driver side (your passenger side) we have the buttons for memory seats on the wood trim, and since I swapped seats (and since it never worked prior) I wanted to delete the memory seats button.

Beautiful car btw!

Thank you.
My Soarer came with electric seats but without the memory option.
Here is a picture of the door panel:
