I like the MK3s some are built nicely, most are trashed... if you got some extra cash and fix the head torque bolts if the head gasket hasnt blow yet....it can be a nice car when done right but stock no thanks.

i had my supra for 5 years and just recently just sold it to buy an sc. amazing platform when set up with good suspension and a nice motor. i blew my 7m 3 times before calling it quits and just did a 2j na-t setup that has been running strong for the past 2 years i was beating on it. in my opinion, i enjoyed the supra more than then driving/drifting the sc now but i cant say much since i havent had a chance to really put money into the sc.
heres some pics of my supra before i sold it.

I'll give ya my honest opinion, though it'll sound childish.
Save your money.
It's not like the GT-R's where they're all badasses, whether they're an R32, R33, or whatever
MK3's a "wannabe" Supra for guys who don't have MK4's.
You're better off having an SC, as far as "cool" is concerned; but power-wise also.
Why not put that money into the SC instead, and have something outstanding?

I have to disagree with you, there are plenty of others who do like the Mk3 for what it is, myself among them.

To the OP, I'm all for it. I think they're great grand tourers when stock, and there's plenty of aftermarket support to make it whatever you want it to be. I'll be honest though when I say this car does not look that good past the B-pillar. The '89-'92 updated body corrected some of this, but the back end of those cars is still ugly.

I have been an MKIII owner since I got my license (owned 5 of them), now own a soarer. Been though many MKIIIs and I got to say my soarer will do everything better then the MKIII. They are a pointless and ****y car. The only advantage is they look great (depending on your taste) and very unique (not many shared parts, just weird and oddly different things going on in the interior and such, which is good)

Stay away from these **** bags. The 7m is a pos.
