That thread ^ was started a few months before this one, and we recently started working on it.
This thread IS NOT dead. However, it appears everyone was in disagreement over whether or not to have the cross bar.
In my opinion why not have the cross bar, and if you don't like it you can cut it off?
What do you guys think?

I agree with just cutting off the cross bar yourself. It is an aftermarket bumper so some modifucations will have to be made for perfect fitment anyways. This way everyone can have whatever design they like.
Also, have you made any progress with the rear diffuser? I would love to have that rear bumper!
