Default Spoiler came off reattach possible?

Two days ago while opening my trunk my spoiler simply came off in my hand. I was thinking WTF?

What's the safe way to reattach based on it's condition of how it came off? Is it even safe to reattach?

I appreciate any & all feedback, thank you!

Listen man I will solve all your problems. Go to autozone, and get some decent Plastic/Metal adhesive EPOXY! JB weld crap don't work for stuff like that.
Make sure you do it right once remounting it, cause Epoxy is SOLID AS heck when it dries.

Jeez your lucky it didnt fly off when driving down the highway! Thats not even an original spoiler. If it were original it would have bolt studs in it and it would never come off.
