Default rear speaker wont work w/ new sub

I just replaced my stock pioneer subwoofer with a JL audio 10" and the rear deck speakers wont work now. I know the amp by the cd changer is for the speakers and the amp next to the sub is for the sub, so i just disconnected the one clip (in the picture) that was connected to the subwoofer. However, both speakers in the rear dont work and the two in the front work perfectly so it has to be something i did. Do i need to bypass the subwoofer amp or something? i tried searching but no-ones had this problem in their install.

the one clip i disconnected
