As soon as I install that built transmission, I'll be back on the dyno. I'll definitely keep this thread updated.

Automatic Transmission Factory (ATF) in Davie. The tranny that I plan on installing is good for 900hp (proven).

Thanks by the way,

Nice build. after seeing your TT intake manifold fitting on the ge head makes me not even wanna bother with getting a TT head.

I'm interested in what exactly it took to make that intake manifold fit. I have a custom fabbed ffim but this has me reconsidering.

To be honest.... Being that I wanted to stay automatic and keep my drive-ability
as close to stock as possible, It was best that I went with this factory setup. I originally had the XS Power manifold and the q45 throttle body. But it made no sense to use them. That setup wouldn't give me anymore power than the factory GTE VVT-I manifold and throttle body. The GE and GTE head are the same...

If you know how to weld or if you know a good welder, this is a easy custom job.. You'll need your GE lower runner and a GTE lower runner. All you'll have to do is remove the to portion of the GE runner and replace it (re-weld) with the top portion of the GTE runner.. You will have to re tap a few holes. But once you get it started, it'll all fall into place..

So the car runs solid. However, I made a miscalculation with the setup. The turbo is just too big. It's out of my power range. My car is still auto. And I'm running a uni-chip piggyback. As a result, my car is essentially "stock" for all intents and purposes. So my rpm's are still stock. The car shifts at 6200 which is way to soon for this turbo. If I had a 5/6 speed and had the ability to rev out to 7500, then this turbo would be ideal.

So I'm now looking for a PT6062 or better yet, a PT6262. That should compliment my setup much better....

there is a shop here called Hi-Boost. he's used that S366 on a lot of cars and it makes crazy power. i think the lowest powered car is 457whp on a 1jz. a few of them hit 700+ with that turbo.

i dont think you should go down to a 6262 yet. that 67 still have life left in it. but thats just my opinion.
if you were running a manual. you'd feel that bad boy breathe thats for sure.
