Yep, it's kind of a pain to remove the fogs on a 95. If I remember correctly, there are three bolts that hold them on and a few of them are difficult to locate. Once you get one the other will only take a few seconds. I opened mine up a while back because water had leaked in and I used some over the shelf headlight restoration stuff on the outside and inside then sealed it back up. Too bad I bought some JDM fog light bulbs that only lasted a few months. Now I have to remove the undershield and install new bulbs again. But like you said, it's fricking cold right now.

the best headlight cleaner i have found is rain-x (a LOT better than plastx). i used just the cream and it took off a lot of oxidation/yellow haze. going to try the whole kit soon. cant beat $13!

I'd rather slam my head into a plate glass window than take these driving lights out. UHG I hate this more than a timing belt change (which I have gotten down to 45 minutes flat so actually faster than doing this horrible job).

Gotta pull the fender liner completely if you don't pull the headlights, then they are still a PITA to reach and remove. If you do pull them you have to partially pull the fender liner, pull the headlights, THEN pull the driving lights. pain in the *** either way.

97+ fogs are a PITA to remove! I just replaced a bulb 3 nights ago coincidentally an it was brick out. Yes theres holes in the bumper that give u access to a screw but theres 2 others. On the 95 Im pretty sure theres 2 screws and one nut, one of the screws is literally on top of the fog from inside. You can feel it.

I actually had every bolt out with an extension going through the hole by the battery, but forgot about the damn single screw on top of the fog that makes it impossible to remove without getting the light out.
