mine actually doesn't have any hotspots whatsoever ...you just buy the smd leds with a "bulb" or w/e on each side and its perfect..ile post a pics tonight only took me 20 min and $10.

I want to send mine out as well, mine is like yours was, no needles at all!
How does the process work? Im a little confused and their website sucks. So you add what you want done to your cart, pay, then ship out the cluster?

man guys don't pay extra for backlighting you can do it yourself all you need is 8leds of your choice #74 I got my smd leds on ebay they have one on each side of them for $15 for 10 shipped!! All they do is pop in....Then needles I wouldn't touch though. Just my 2 cents.

Those ebay LED's usually die off pretty quick too so maybe you will get some use out of them. Sometimes they last longer depending on how much you drive, etc. Beside a 32 cluster though they are dim.

I got that part and I saw there website but I want sure if the pricing on there was for the parts to diy or was for the service with parts
