@Maserati... the costs 93 Euros ~ 120 Dollars.

But i looked on ebay.com and amazon, the are not available in the USA. if you interested, i can ship from Europe to Austria the parcel. On Amazon.de you can buy it, maybe is shipping with amazon cheaper.

link to amazon.at link to amazon.at

It rain hard today. You should open ur covers and see how it is. Let me know.. also how well the pollen gets thru the cover? I got the car cover from pep boys. It good against rain but not pollen cause the cover was breathable

Whatever cover you end up finding that will fit, make sure it's a high quality one and don't use it outside. They trap dust/dirt and then blowing around in the wind will scratch the hell out of your paint.

Default Best outdoor car cover for winter with snow?

Hi,
I finally found a reasonably priced garage to store my two 95' Sc's for the winter. I will buy a Toyota Sequoia soon and possibly use the high mileage 97' also for winter cars for my wife and I. The lot is outdoor unfortunately and it snows in NYC obviously.
What is the best way to protect the cars for the winter? is there a car cover that will protect the cars better in a moderately snowy environment?
Is there anything else I can do to protect the cars? Are there any other measures i can take to keep them fresh as possible outdoors over the winter?

Thanks!

Whatever cover you get NEEDS to be breathable somewhat, else condensation could build up underneath the cover and cause more problems than if you left it uncovered all together. Just get a quality all-weather cover.

I had my 92 covered all last winter, and as you know we got hit pretty hard on Long Island. That car would smoke tires on command, but after being covered and not started all winter it was basically dead afterwards. It would start after a jump, but it lost all of it's *****. Couldn't burn rubber anymore...it was like it had half the power it used to have. Never figured out the problem as I planned on parting it, but I sold it for cheap so I could get a bike anyway. Probably expensive, but maybe you should get a storage unit? That's what the guy I bought my current SC from did, he was in Manhattan.

I'm gong to look for a storage unit for at least one car. The apartment we are buying has a garage in the basement but it is $250 per month. We will keep one car in the building, but 2 or 3 would be kind of hard to keep up all winter. I want to pay $100 per month max for the others if I can.

I just bought a cheap $40 cover from Autozone, no problems yet. I know it's not a permanent solution but the police threatened me with a ticket because of a dead inspection sticker. Since I haven't driven the car in six+ months I just found the fastest solution possible.

No, probably going to strip it and put the car in a dumpster. It's from hell and deserves to go back home.
