Swapping out driver side window regulator for new one and ran into problem.
Can not seem to remove the 2 screws on top of regulator that holds window .
In searched and found DIY and said there are 2 14mm bolts but mine doesn't have bolts.
This on a 99 sc400. My friends 98 sc300 is also like mine, no bolts.
It looks like a flat disk that screws onto a bolt. It has l4 littles holes similar to your chrome antenna on the body of the car.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
- tried a search on yahoo, nothing
- search on CL but only found 2 DIY but mention there's 2 bolts to be removed( mine look like 2 disk about 1in in diameter.
Tried need nose to twist , but too tight.
- mine are not even rusted or even look tampered with

i used pliers as i didnt have a 15mm at the time. works good! shouldnt be very tight.
