Default Would you trade for a 98' Cobra?

I have a guy offering to trade me his pretty much pristine 98 cobra in atlantic blue which is the rarest SN95 they made. It has black leather interior too. the only mod it has is magnaflow exhaust.

I have a 93 sc300 1jz auto with suspension and wheels and thats about it. My car is not perfect either. It does look good but, I am just curious if any of you would consider a trade like that.

Anyway, just let me know what you would do. I am curious as to if you say screw that or go for it or whatever. lol

Lol that would be nice too. I have heard its a pretty good motor I have just never had anything like that before. I mean the first american car I had ever had and the last one I ever had was a 93' Z28 6spd. That was nice and all but I have never had a mustang. All I have seen is those creeping around town and I know they are fast with simple bolt-ons.

well i love my sc300 5speed ..that said I still think of it as my luxury vehicle that is fast...
my stang well nothing luxury about it ...the most hi tech feature it has is the power window..But just hearing that 5.4 liter idle (swap motor out) 410 gears, aluminum driveshaft, sports tuner...pure sex... I would keep sc300 and just buy a mustang gt...parts are cheap....mark 8,aviator has the same 4.6 dohc as cobra...98 or 99 up to 2002 gt and cobra has the same tremec 5 speed...just my 2 cents

ps i took that funky wing of...f this is the day i got it. mustang number13

98 cobra is slow. Would rather have the SC between the two. Was like 2005 or so before the cobra was fast. Used to walk all over them in my x5 and lmao.

I love the way my buddies SC4 sounds with modded exhaust. The sounds is as put earlier pure sex.. lol I love the way certain mustangs sounds some are obnoxious but, then again most cars can be if you put crap on them.

This is the Cobra I am talking about: http://s204.photobucket.com/albums/b...cpZZ1QQtppZZ20

Check it out!

If it's in better condition than your SC, then trading isn't a bad idea. Cobras are pretty cool and they're quick.

Cobras got fast in 03, when svt threw a supercharger on the 4.6.

I would also choose the SC in the trade, a 1jz in an sc is way better than a mustang. Show it some boost, have it running circles around the mustang.
