Antenna goes all the way up,Farts then goes 1/4 of the way back down?

This is as far as my antenna goes up??
I assume I need a mast or the little nylon track? If so where is the best place to but one these days?

eBay. Bought mine from eBay when I got my SC March this year and it's still working, but there's nothing we can do about it rusting.

ebay ones work fine. hopefully your original nylon piece isnt in too many pieces or you may have trouble getting it all out.

What I did on my sc4 is as it came up I pulled it the rest of the way and then put wd40 in and all over it. Comes up and goes down amazing ever since. Maybe try that before you go buying stuff?

Remove it from the car, throw it as far as possible, do the stubby antenna mod. (ESPECIALLY on an SC that color, black stubby!)

I agree with O.L.T. I recently went with the S2000 style antenna and it updates the look of the car.
