1siksc, just a quik question, how well does the plastic paint stick with the plastic? Does it chip off in time? For example the clip for the sunshades? And does it get rid of the leather like texture/grooves of the plastic?

with or without prep it sticks really well, without prep if something hit it it would probably end up chipping with prep is a different story since it's really tacky. Also i bought the texture since it will erase and scratches and imperfections in the panel. The leather look is still there but now it has a textured feel.

I think it will probably be around the same since ebay has the shipping fees.

So would you say do this, or it's still incomparable to the real black plastic?

The stock blk interior is such a hard color to match due to not being blk but more of a dark cole color.

This textured Black is really close to stock color, just has the textured feel.

Dyeing the fabric, 1... 2... 3... coats, i was getting a little impatient with light spraying so i did a heavy coat. Otherwise it would probably take 6-7 light coats to maintain the nice cloth feel and to have it dyed black.

1 Light Coat:

2 Light Coat

3 Heavy(Cheaters Way) Coat

The fabric dye that i picked out seems like the average dye nothing special so if you come around a duplicolor try it out once and let me know how it works.
