Fuel pump ecu and o2 sensors....try resetting the ECU by disconnecting the cable that goes to the negative side of your battery and see how she runs and wait to see if any codes pop up

seafoam, new plugs and then o2 sensors. Also check your timing, could have jumped a tooth or when your last water pump was installed coulda been off a tooth.

listen to toobs when he sys the timing may have jumped it tooth. It can happen and has. He knows because it happened to him. ECU could be fried or maybe you have bad coil packs.

Maybe you are getting too much fuel for the amount of air coming into your cylinders. When that happens the air/fuel mixture has too much fuel for the amount of air coming in, and then it doesn't ignite as much so you're not getting a good power stroke on your pistons and then when it comes back up for the exhaust stroke it's slower, causing your whole exhaust event to be weak.

Is it idling really rough too? Could be one of your coils.
