Hi Guys.. I need to get my driver seat reupholstered. I thinks its gonna cost me more to do that then just find another SC driver seat.. Anywho I was wondering.. I have heated seats and was looking at buying a used driver seat but the catch is idk if it has heated seats already. Can I pull my heater outta my seat and swap it into a SC seat that doesnt have a heater? thanks guys

if you tear apart the old seat for study... that will tell you if it is doable
if not then a lot of us did SEM to re-dye the seat color.
if that is not an option then here are a bunch of yards near LA with whole used replacements
you can give me your zip for a better match near to you i just know you are in CA.
these list in descending price order from $500 to $75 to call.

some even mention heated but others cant be excluded because it does not seem to stipulate it either way in most cases.

Yes you can. It's just a pad with a harness plug when you take off the seat leather. Staple or sew the heating pad onto the new leather.

chrispy^ is it a tough job? Ive work alot of these cars be4 but never with the leather.. I wanna trash my old seat but If i cant get the heater out of it and put it in my new seat though would be ideal.. thanks!
