Default Any 97-00 owners: picture/location of OEM fog lamp switch?

I've searched and found nothing regarding this. I'm looking for a picture of where the factory fog lamp on/off switch is on 97-00 SC's. I have heard that it's on the steering column but the exact location wasn't specified. I know a lot of people just use a generic switch for converting 92-94 cars but I'd like to see what Lexus did before I go ahead with wiring up my 97+ fog lamps.

Thanks!

If I'm not mistaken, it's located on the headlamp switch..

Thank you guys!! That helps tremendously!

Actually, that control stalk on my car has worn out rubber and I've thought about replacing it. Has anyone ever bought the 97+ (or 95+) turn signal stalk and attempted to retrofit that into a 92-94?

I'm sure it could work since anything is possible but it probably won't because your wiring/harness is pre 97 which wasn't designed to have the fog lamp switch.

If you do get it done, post pics! Good luck..

Thank you for all the help guys.

I think, after reading what a lot of people have to say, that I am not going to attempt retrofitting the factory 95+ fog stalk control and harness. I got into a dash replacement recently and that was a pain. Apparently it's very tricky to align the stalks with the center ring correctly and buying a 1995+ steering column complete with everything would make much more sense were the conversion to be performed. Have to thank Account2x for pointing out that very important detail.

Now I understand why most people with pre-95 SC's custom wire their fog lights.

I'd much rather have a factory switch location. Maybe if I were doing an engine swap I'd get into it since the whole dash is out to get to all that wiring.
