3A seat bracket questions
So, I have been searching for a while for a seat bracket for an aftermarket seat. new, used, everywhere in between.
One I kept seeing for sale is the 3A racing, at half the price everyone else wants for the Big Brand guys. now, I know that 3A has a rep for being a rice brand, but that doesn't mean they aren't quality.
So, does anybody have any experience with their seat brackets?

edit: dangit, Thought of better poll questions.
Mostly concerned with difficulties with fitment in an SC/Supra, whether they fit, require minor modification, or a welder...

Wow, i just find it funny that you can find aftermarket seat brackets for a Toyota Supra at Sears. Lol. I wonder what else they sell?
Oh, and to be someone on topic, buy it (since it's pretty cheap), test fit it, give us a review. I'm definitely keeping that page bookmarked for when i buy seats. Lol.

Got the seat brakcet in, today. Fits, but requires carpet trimming to fit my car.
Welds are acceptable. Finish is not close to show quality; slag wasn't ground down before the sloppy powder coating.
to top it off, my seat won't fit the bracket, as is. the bracket laterals are too close together to fit my seat sliders.
This weekend, I'll pick up some 1" square tubing, and make a spacer that will a) raise the seat, and b) allow me to safely mount the sliders to the bracket.
All in all, good value for the investment (less than $55 to my door, versus twice or more for the other brands). If you're mounting better, new seats into your SC, you can probably afford the better, new brackets. For the budget modder, buying craigslist seats, you can likely make these work.
Pics will come this weekend, with a quick DIY
