Good question, try going to a Toyota parts department and ask the guy behind the counter if you can borrow a Supra floor mat for a second. I think Steve would know (or could find out easily) since he has both cars in his stable. I'm using Mercedes E-class floor mats because I require black vulcanized rubber mats, and they are the only ones that make them. All four mats fit surprisingly well for cross-branded parts.
It would probably be a close fit, but not perfect. I can tell you right now, the trunk release and fuel door release lay on the floor at the front of the driver seat, so the supra carpeting may have a hole there on your SC. I actually had and extra set of supra floor mats so I threw them in the sc, and thats the only spot they don't seem to fit.
I'd ask Curt at Elmhurst Toyota, tell him I referred you and he'll try and find out the fitment. Go to supraforums if you don't have his contact info
Good luck
