Default Headlights and fog lights HIDs need help

Hello CL,

I just got my first SC300 and I would like to swap out the headlights and fog lights to HID lights. Anyone recommend a legit website?

THANKS!

DDM Tuning is the cheapest around, great customer service and lifetime warranty! Many can vouch for them! I've had mine since March and never had a problem with it!

I got some volt kits on my car

http://xenonexpert.com/volt_hid.html

a little bit on the expensive side but I heard they are the better quality brand ones and I couldn't be happier.

DDM is nice. I have them on my car now, and yes theyre lifetime warranty. I personally jus changed the low beams to 4500k for a more factory look an left fogs stock. looks stunning

If you want the best quality products at the best price, check out TheRetrofitSource.com by far the best hid kits on the market, not the the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I got mine from HIDkits.com for my previous SC and never had a problem. I sold the car though but all in all good. Their slim ballast kit which I recommend is better than the others because there isn't an external igniter on each side the whole ballast unit is one box each side where as I've seen some slim kits having a slim ballast but also another box for the igniter so 2 boxes each side. LOL idk if that makes any sense or not but the smaller and less parts the easier to mount especially for the fog lights.

DDM used to be good but now they sux. They ship directly from china, so it will take a while to received them. I had one problem with the bulb and it took like 2-3 weeks to replace.

They ship from china? Since when? The reason why it takes so long is because they are always backed up with previous orders.

DDM is okay, i've been using them for the past 3 years and no dead bulb.

Xentec HID's...cant beat $65 shipped and less than 4 days shipping time...had mine for 3 yrs now in my low beams, and had my retrofit fogs for about a year and not one issue...even dropped the ballast once after removing them, and no issues.

Backorder happen on whatever company y'know. And so what if they ship from China, nothing in the world isn't made in China anymore anyways. I've had DDm Tuning ever since I bought my SC, my previous cars' HID's where all bought in China directly, and have had them for 4years or more, and never did I have any problems with it. You guys talk about China like it's the worst in the world. I find it really ignorant if you haven't been to China and see stuff there with "Made in the USA" tags on them.
