My .02 is not to.. Too much welding and bondoing. Ihavent seen any luck with people have tried to shave the their handles, antenna holes, police car light bar holes, door moldings, etc. I would just leave in place. Maybe you have access to a better bondo shop than what I am available to get to.

don't really understand why you would want to do that, even from some kind of weight or performance standpoint it seems fairly pointless IMO..
anyways if you wanted to do it i'd suggest trying to see if you could get enough people together that want it and see if a company that makes Carbon Fiber or Fiber glass sunroof caps would make some for the SC
kinda like these, http://www.corsportusa.com/store/cat...oducts_id=6968
I know a few places make them for Honda's & BMW's, you basically remove your sunroof and the motor for it, then put the cap/plug in place..
Either that or do it the right way and just sell your SC and keep looking for a hardtop one without a sunroof.

The easiest solution would be to uninstall the sunroof motor, frame, and all the related parts... make a fiberglass panel and bolt it in place, replace your headliner with one from a hardtop SC.
As for dealing with the color of your panel, I'd just wrap my roof in matte black vinyl.

I also think it is another ridiculous pointless mod that isnt worth the time, effort and cost.
But if you are insisting on it then go ahead it wont be that hard.
Cut a piece of sheetmetal to the exact specs of the sunroof, weld it, bondo it, paint it.
But then you have the interior to deal with --------just leave it man your pretty much butchering the car.
