97+ led spoiler brake light
my 98 SC300, only 3/4 of the led spoiler brake light is working and 1/4 isn't. Is there any easy fix? Also how do you unclip the wire to take out the led spoiler completely? If I replace with LED strip, will my dash board light bulb come on? since it is probably different volt?

There is no easy fix.
I bought my SC back in 2006 and the light didn't work at all. It took me a few years to find a replacement OEM light that I think I paid around $100 for.
Before that, I bought an aftermarket light that supposedly was made for our cars... the thing was a different shape and did not fit at all so I had to send that back.
Good luck with whatever you do.

Its very time cnsuming... I bought one of those flexible strips and glued it on a piece of plastic(which i previously cut to match the old led strip) cut some holes in it for the wires and had to do some soldering to make it fit perfectly. btw to take apart tne old light youre gonna have to use a knife and carefully scrub off the glue thats in there.
