Default 245/45 or 245/50 Tire Size 18'' 350z Rims

I currently have stock suspension on my '93 and will be getting 18'' 5 spoke 350z wheels and want a tire size that will fill well and look right without having the monster truck look. I plan on changing the suspension later (but will be different wheels most likely), but thats not going to be a long time till I finish my other projects.

Also the wheels are staggared, will 20mm spacer bring the rears out to sit right?

18x8 (offset 30) and 18x8.5 (offset 33)

245/40 will be closest to stock diameter with the 245 width you want

Tires are bald and leaking air, need replacing. Chrome is starting to chip around the beed of my rims. Nobody these days is running 16'' so I thought i'd upgrade. This is my daily driver, and I currently have another project I should be putting money too. I need a wheel that fits my budget with a good offset and I feel 350z wheels fit the car better than g35's. I already have ichiba v2 20mm spacer I could use on the rear and I see these for sale a bit on craigslist.

and also it doesn't bother me if my wheels are nissan

I have 370z wheels on mine and tire sizes are 225/50 (F) and 245/45 (R). 245/50 will be too big.

Here you go: http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoTireMath.dos
245/40/18 diameter = 25.72". OEM 225/55/16 diameter = 25.74"
Here's my car with 350z wheels (not 35th anniversary 5 spoke) with 245/40/18
p.s. you dont need spacers

That's an ignorant comment. This is why I got rid of my Lexus emblems.

Just saying, if you go with a 45 series, you'll be another half an inch higher off the ground

Agreed, get 245/40. Mine came with 245/45 and it was too tall so I went with 255/40 and they fit much better. I've also tried 265/35, and those were fine too, although that's probably the widest you can run in the back.

Here's 255/40 in the rear.

I see your point, but I wouldn't do it even if it's the last rims in the world. LOL I'd rather buy something from a family member.

I'm not saying Nissan is a bad brand, I'm just saying keep it in the family. Would you swap your engine for a Nissan engine?
