Sorry for the crappy S2 phone pics, but here is my x950bh installed in my SC with the hybrid Metra/stock mounting method. Completed the install about a couple weeks ago, I'll need to pull it out again though to redo my parking brake bypass.

Factory harness is NOT plug and play, I found out the hard way. I read the how to double DIN install thread but neglected to read the how to on installing an aftermarket deck in general in our SC's. I bought the Metra wiring harness adapter and didn't work. Follow the instructions on this thread on how to splice into the factory harness:

The five wires you splice to the plug coming out of your head unit are the same ones I cut off the factory harness (constant power, ignition, ground, remote on, dimmer probably). Then the remaining four are probably the four speaker channels for which you'd have to get a speaker wire to RCA female connector off your deck's harness to these four RCA's. There is another harness that I spliced into to get sub output from my deck to the factory sub amp, so you'd likely still have to splice for that and run a 18ga lead to that amp to have it power on.
I'm no expert, but that's just what I gathered by taking a quick look. The thread I linked above said it is hit and miss in using the aftermarket harness. I didn't want to chance it a second time plus I wanted to bypass the factory amp for the components (being that the deck already is) so I just spliced and ran the speaker leads to the rear LOL
