Default I need help on wheel choice!

I'm currently stuck on which set of 19' wheels to buy for my sc.
It's currently between 5zigen sc3000 and Hp Racing Lightnings
What offset and tire sizes should I run? Should I go staggered or 9.5
all around?

Mv350's IS350
SC3000 sizes come in:
19x8.5 +25 & +38
19x9.5 +25 & +38

Migs' SC
Lightning sizes come in:
19x8.5 +20
19x9.5 +25
