I plan on doing the 2jzgte swap in to my sc400 and I think I will do a step by step diy for the sc400 as there seems to be a lack of info in the sc400 swap dept I think.

I would replace that SC4 radiator with Sc300 one or maybe a supra TT radiator.

The knock sensor wires can be extended past the shield although replacing the whole wire is more ideal
Extending the body plugs only will be fine. If you dont extend the ECU, it will hang behind the glove box.

It should be noted that all i extended was the body plugs which was simple and easy. ecu was moved to sit on top of the abs unit and the black kit panel was fitted back over the two. The car is now a big single and is running emange ultimate with pnp harness which give extra length and let me place the ecu in the oem location

With this being said, how did you power the injectors and the coils? Did you have to run a jumper wire from the starter relay to the ignition under the steering?

powering the ignition was easy i hacked a plug off the 1uzfe. under the fuse box you will find two plugs. one plug is on your harness and the other is the wrong plug. you will be cutting the the right plug off the 1uzfe and will be using that. the plug from the 1uzfe has three wire's red orange and black and the black. the wrong plug only has two wires black and orange and black. all you need to do is soider the red and black wire and orange and black wire on the 1uzfe plug to the orange and black wire on the 1jz harness and black to black and plug it in. mine started first try

^^^ Yes that's another way of doing it! right ON. That's only issue when swapping the jz in the SC400.
