Didn't he say ct26 turbos a page back or something? Isn't that the stock usdm tt turbos. They should spool pretty fast considering that 4 cylinder or 2.0 liters or feeding em. If these are the facts then something else is wrong.
IDK the guy I bought my SC from I assume he took out the rev limiter because my SC revs the whole way & still has power the whole way.
If your SC is revving out so high, that might be the problem you were having with being at 4k rpm @ 60mph. Your tach is just way off and needs to be calibrated.

You guys are doing your setups wrong. I got 500 WHP on 9 Lbs of boost at 2500 RPM. Wait till I get my manual boost controller and turn it up to 38 lbs. I'll be in CL's top 20 fastest SCs List.
