What width is the front, what offset? Your friend told you to put bigger up front?

It would be great if there was a thread that discussed wheel widths/offsets/tires for the SCX00.

I had 245/45 all the way around with 18x8 +30mm offset and they rubbed up front when backing up and all 4 rubbed when going over decent size bumps. On stock suspension. Now running 235/40/18 front 245/40/18 in back and all is well.

18 245 45 is incorrect as it will be too tall. You'll need 245 40 18s and yes those will fit in the front depends on offsets. Are your rims made from bits of real panther?

It would be nice if the thread was in english! Like others said without wheel specs its hard to tell. I mean if you have an 18x12 in the back the 225 isn't gonna work ya know. Then again is 18s a fwd 18x7 the 245 might be to wide and un-bead under hard loads, like when your carrying all those heavy books to english class! Ok cheap shot...sorry but give us some specs.

What are your wheel specifications? 18x8, 18x9, 18x10? Offset? Either way, go with a 40 series sidewall, not 35 or 45.

It's hard to help you if we can't get any information out of you.

we need the whole specs on the wheel before you can select a tire size, but im going to take a gamble and say go with the 245/40s. 45s are a tad thicker while the 35s are just too thin. 40s are just right...

I rock 225/35/18 on 9.5 wide in the front and -2.5* of camber and it tucks perfectly.
