I was wondering who makes the "best" carbon fiber hood for the SC300? I've used the search function and have only found out there are some coming into production. I might have a friend of a friend who might be willing to make them. I will not give anymore details until I talk to the admins about it. I'm not sure how they feel about seeing who is interested in a group buy. But back on topic, I was wondering are there any quality production made Carbon fiber hoods?

Right now, there are 2 sources that are suppose to get a CF hood going. Don't know when they'll release but hopefully soon!

There have been tons of people that have talked about carbon fiber hood group buys. They all seem to "know someone who will make them". But none have come through......YET.......lets keep our fingers crossed.

Speaking of not coming through... Anyone remember all that hype about those indiglo gauges ??? For some reason I think the CF hoods will be a repeat. But who knows, hopefully they become availible very soon so everyone can enjoy them!

so you guys think that if there was a group buy there would atleast be 10 definite buyers? It is hard to get in contact with my friend who has his this friend who does this. But if I know there will be a big order it shouldn't be a problem having them done.

I'd be more interested in "Indiglo Gauges" rather than carbon fiber hoods.

Kinda disappointing to think that not many of these group buys actually work out.

Sorry I don't have connections to have indiglo gauges made I don't even own a SC300 yet. The reason why I could do the carbon fiber hood I could go to a junkyard or a lexus dealer(replacement dealer) and pick up a hood and use that for the mold.

Are there any other things you guys would be interested in having group buys on?
