Remove the disc changer and the amp undedr it. These are on the right hand side facing in the trunk. LARGE assemblies. Under the amp is a big and deep void. In the bottom of the void is a hose opening that faces the spare tire well. You can't get at the drain from the outside but you can run a wire up the drain and get the draining started. This is a temporayr fix cause there is junk in the void and future water will flush the debris around and clog it up again. Pull the amp, as I said, and clean the void out and poke a wire thru the drain for the fix,.
NOW, How did the water get in? Open you gas filler door and look carefully. There is a drasin in there also and it might have had its hose fall off. The hose is abopve the amp and forward. Any water will run down the inside of the trunk and fill the void. If plugged. The filler neck should have a water gasket around its mase and if that is missing.....water in the trunk/void.
The trunk gasket is also suspect. Look there.
When the void drain is woeking it can mask a lot of other problems with leaks.
My symptom was that my radio would sometimes not work after a hard rain. Sometimes the radio would cut out in a hard co rners or strong braking. God only knows why the amp is still working wonderfully cause it was acting up for a year and I live in Orygun on the I5.

Thanks for the information I will take a look at it tomorrow and let you guys know what my findings are. By the way spdrcr771 my radio only cuts off after heavy rain and then comes back after few hours. I was also asking because my cars windows from the inside are all fogged up after these six days of raining in california.

Well I took out everything out and the gas door drain was the problem. It wasn't connected properly. I still dont know how the inside of my car got wet though i blew some air thru the big hose in the trunk and it came out on the right side of the sunroof. Not sure if it is also suppose to come out on the left side.

There is one hose from each rear corner that drain to the road via the well behind the rear wheel. These hoses seem prone to becoming detached from the floor fitting and filling the well with water. This is often the cause of a wrecked Nakamichi amplifier.
If you do a search for leaks in the forum, there are articles about other areas where water enters the car. It seems that where you find the wet patches is key to diagnosing the problem.
I am trying to chase down a leak into the passenger cabin now.
