It's 5 F right now, going to be -9F by morning. SC4 runs fine at those temps. Diff makes a bit of a whine between 30-40mph, but other than that, no problems.
You can actually feel the heated seats? I turn my on but never felt a big difference. I know the seat get warmer but I thought it could be my body heat. Any way to tell the difference?

Yours must be broken. Mine has a mind of its own. It'll get kind of warm then all of a sudden itll feel like its releasing the fires of hell. Then when I turn it off, it gets even hotter! I think its posessed.
Yeah I hear ya on the heated seats. We just got our first snow in Nashville tonight (I live 15 minutes away in Brentwood) and although only 2-4 inches, the windchill is in the teens creeping to zero. My seats take a little while to heat up but they do help. I wish they would heat up a little faster and hotter but hey the car is almost 16 years old and I will eventually just put new ones in.
Because it didn't come with them. When the car was originally made the heated seat option was left out. Not all SC's came with them. This includes traction control as well. These two options were always (unless I'm mistaken) paired together. Never one by itself.

damn that sucks, I dont have traction control also, there is an empty spot in my engine bay labeled traction control lol
which sucks on those rainy days when i want as much traction possible
