yea..
my opinion would be go for the new supra control arms,
that is because i have the prothane bushings on my car currently , and ride comfort changed a lot.. u feel the road a lot more.. which i did not like..
future i may change to supra arms.

To Portion: Right now the rubber on my bushings are completley gone. So everytime I hit the breaks its metal to metal. I feel the road now more than ever. Are you saying that there won't be too much change in terms of feeling once I replace them?

No, that's a completely different feeling. The poly type bushings are firmer and have less flex than the stock rubber ones, so you "feel" more vibration being transmitted through them. The rubber ones are "cushier" and absorb more vibration. This is all completely separate from having NO bushings and getting the vibration transmitted through a metal-to-metal contact.
