Smile Stock SC300 dyno results

I wanted a baseline in case I do start modding. Plus I'm on good terms with the dyno guy. 100% stock automatic 95 SC300, paper filter and everything. 152K miles. This is the highest pull with an air filter vs highest pull without an air filter. 10:8.1 AFR

With 166rwhp 162rwtq Av. HP 132 Av. TQ 147
Without 168rwhp 167rwtq Av. HP 136 Av. TQ 150

I'm probably going to get an AFC and do something with the exhaust next.

I'm sure its an auto, a 5spd rwhp would be in the high 170s

Yeah it's an auto. I knew I forgot something.

Are these cars usually that rich from the factory?

Needs boost Save up $2-3k and get your self some real power. I know it's easier said then done when you have wives/ girlfriends, blood sucking rent or mortgage payments, your reliable daily driver payments, dog, dog food, your food, electric, gas, cable, internet, retirement, insurance...I'm so envious of beach bums sometimes.

Am I just blind or where are you guys seeing the AFR? Stock cars usually run pretty rich from the midrange to upper RPMs. The only ones I've seen that are like 11+ from the factory throughout the mid range are 350z/G35's.

A GTE could, but no way a GE would run that rich.

Wow! That's even lower than I expected since I too have an auto SC300 as well.

I need a turbo.... or a V8...
