can you use urethane caulking? that stuff hold good in the elements.

Does that double sided tape really work that good? I see people use it for window spoilers and emblems and I've always wondered about how it would hold up in the weather. I used some once to attach a bass **** to my dash and it lasted about two days before it fell off.

I've had it for about 8 months and the corners started to fall apart but i recently put some 3m double side and its sticking well. The middle piece will NOT budge at all. It is very stable people use double to slap on body kits as well. Also heard someone using double side sticky on their roof spoiler while trying to remove the spoiler they cracked it due to the double side.

The only way the double sided tape will hold is if its the 3m automotive double sided tape. All the other brands will give out. The second most important thing is to clean the surface will like alcohol or some kind of solvent to remove any oil or dirt. If you dont clean the surface really good it will come off in like a month.
