I PRAISED her this morning. Did something really stupid this weekend. Washed her and thoroughly and soaked the motor-like I always do. Usually, this isn't a problem as I run the motor while I'm cleaning her. But this time, I let her sit for the weekend afterwards while I used a RENTAL to run a road trip.
She showed her disgust with me by running amiss horribly for the last couple of days. Dreading the waste of a weekend day to pull wires and plugs to blow out the obvious standing water in the plug chamber, I started shopping around for plugs.
Started her up this morning and she purred like a kitten. A hot couple of days around here and a 100-mile drive to and from work as my faithful daily let her know I still loved her.
She knows who Daddy is. The SC is truly a great car.

Surely don't spray the spark plug valley with water, especially if its high pressure you're using. I clean my engine bay overtime I do the car wash too, but I leave the spark plug valley alone, and do it manually if it's really dusty. I use a real engine degreaser and some mild soap to clean the engine bay all the time. Then dries it up by hand with a cloth.
