I just picked up my Supra Front LCA's today from the toyota dealership. How much did the ones from Sewell run you?
Despite every thread in this forum saying they will fit I'm still a little apprehensive that they won't fit, or the bushing bolts are seized on my car, or that the ball joint will be stuck and the pickle fork won't pull it off the hub, etc. etc. etc. etc.

Got my car back last night. She has been living with my son-in-law for several months. Put air in the tires and washed it today. She's parked in her temporary spot unit I move again next month. Can't really do any work here, as most of my tools are in storage. Next post will be from our new home where we will both live happily ever after.

Took the transmission out for the 3rd time, just a note when you go to replace rear main seal be sure to also replace rear main housing seal and get the good gasket stuff from driftmotion, not that cheap gritty red crap. Burning oil smells make a cool car seem like a junker!!!!

cleaned all the snow off it. wouldnt start. went to costco and bought a new battery. started in the first crank. drove it around the block a few times then cleaned the interior and parked it.

Installed my supra front LCA's today, thankfully nothing was seized, but it was a PITA getting the CA disconnected from the wheel hub, on the control arm with the good ball joint. Took me the better part of yesterday afternoon and this morning. to get it off, just wailing away at it with a hammer and pickle fork. The other side with the bad ball-joint just fell out when the castle nut was removed, that side took me about 30 minutes or so.
Now theres no more crazy negative camber on the driver side and the car feels like its on rails. Don't know if I should blame the BC coils, the supra LCA's, or the brand new steering rack with whiteline bushings, but somewhere along the way I got a great driving feel back to the car, no more clunks, and the steering wheel is stable as all get out (mine used to jiggle).
Now I just want some new outer tie rods, and sway bar end links (maybe sway bar bushings while I'm at it) and the front suspension will be 200x better than new.
