Easy day today. Replaced the power steering vacuum valve from the original leaky pump as the non leaky reman pump from the junkyard had a bad vacuum valve. I diagnosed this due to the original valve not smoking on startup, but started when I switched PS pumps.

Replaced thermostat and flushed the not so good looking coolant. The coolant looked like it had orange and green mixed. At least I hope that is what it was. Temperature gauge would only move up to the first or second mark. Now the temperature gauge sits near the middle or a mark underneath. Heat works better too, of course.

Did a quick round of degreasing the engine bay. It was pretty grimy with the PS pump, line, and rack leak. Next time I'm going to pull up on ramps and use the degreaser and power washer underneath.

Feels like a "trick question"; first one I've seen where the lower half looks very '97 like but no slot.

Have to take a guess and ask if you made this and it will be a "one of a kind"? Do you plan to apply an emblem or leave it off? Show us pictures after paint and on the car....

According to another member who saw a pic of it on Instagram says its the 2nd one he has seen on the US. Made by Inspection. Very few were made I believe.

Here's a pic before I prepped for paint.

Yes I know for right now it looks like *** lol. But I picked up at a local junk yard 97 front bumper and 97 side skirts for my 93 ....BTW...they have another set of side skirts there . lol may pick them up as I'm going to be slammed and may destroy mine.

Cant wait to get these crap wheels off as well the previous owner put on.
