new wheel bearing in front only

Dont take out the metal sleeve, you need to cut the outer part out, Prothane or JEGS are worthless when it comes to helping with this issue... Had the run around for a couple days before the guy tells me from the pictures and measurements i can use it with the metal sleeve in... SMH why the hell would you make it so difficult....

schinobi, I don't mean to be rude, but dude you've been here since 2008, and a lot of members have already said not to take out the sleeve for the FLCA if you use Prothane and still made the same mistake? Can't really blame it on the company, it is written on the instructions, and a lot of detailed DIY's available here in CL, including mine, which is the most detailed I've seen by far, just gotta do a thorough research next time you try to do something you have never done before so you wouldn't encounter anymore surprises like this... Good luck. And check my build thread in case you plan on doing any more bushings. There's gonna be a lot more stuff that might surprise you.

I don't remember wheel bearings having bushings. That second picture looks like a lower control arm bushing.

I let my GF take my SC to work today, I know I am going to regret this...............

Ah what PITA, but my car is alive again, took me 3 weeks, to swap my side feed injectors to top fuel setup on my 1jz, if I have to do this again motor has to be outside the car or pay a professional to do it.
