Bought another SC for parts. I think I need a MAF. Those things are expensive. So I bought one with a car attached to it for roughly the same price. Only thing wrong is the tranny doesn't work. But I have one of those.
Did a full detail, with clay bar, cutting agent buff, and spray wax. Then i found out Chicago is getting isolated thunderstorms for the next 3 days in a row

Started making new battery tray ( found out only 1 screw is holding current tray), bolted PS resevoir ( zip tied beofore), checked where ticking from is motor is coming from ( no luck there). Massage the dent on quater pannel a little then put bondo.
That's a lot of masking, taping, and waste of brown paper for window trims. I would have wrapped them with 3M control tac vinyl and been done an hour. Either way it looks good.
^^^^ man i have been wanting to do this for a few months now. what paint did u use. i was affraid it would look bad but i love it.
I used a high quality trim paint by Dupont. I took my time with the prep, I cleaned all the trim and then I went over it lightly with some fine grit sandpaper, absolutely no problems at all, the first coat was dry in about 10 minutes, then I put another coat on and 20 minutes later I washed it down and It came out perfect....
