yeah i read up on camber sc car but camber sc got a wider rear , i dont plan on going down that road . and i also saw the guy with the 13. rim but my main problem is wit the offset . i am thinking the the lowest i can go which out haveing anyproblems is 19 x 10 - 14 and 19 x 12 +4. the reason i am going so wide is becasue i am trying to get the most lip i can out of the wheels

Alright if you're going to do it PLEASE for the love of god keep the wheel and tire under the fender. And match your tire to the width of the wheel. Tired of seeing 225s on 11" wheels. Looks terrible, drives poorly, and isn't safe.
That being said I know that you can fit up to an 11.5" inch wheel under the fender with a 315 tire if you aggressively roll or cut your fender. Without that, you're looking at about an 11" wheel with a 295 max as long as you have the right offset.

In the end you will have the same lip width on a 10" versus a 13", etc... All of the rest of the width will go into backspacing.

If all you're going for is lip, a wider wheel is not necessarily going to net you more lip, it depends on the offset. You can achieve the same effect with wheels that are less wide but with a lower offset over a wide wheel.

low offsets AND get S LOW disc= big lip
no need for the "widest rim possible" if you're just looking for lippage
