I haven't been a member here for long, I have a 93 SC400 and I think this motor has too many restrictions that hold a lot of hp and torque, so I bought some IMF headers (still not installed) and I wanna get a custom made, mandrel bent 2.5 or 3 inch exhaust, I'll be getting a pair of magnaflow silencers, magnaflow mufflers and a magnaflow cat, but I'm not sure if it's gonna be too loud, so does anybody have any videos of how the 2.5 and 3 inch exhaust sounds like? I think this will be freeing about 30hp hopefully.

Its not going to be loud, as far as 30hp, I dont think its going to happen, but 10-15 is more realistic. Id bypass silencers and go straight to the mufflers with the x pipe.
Hopefully magnaflow will send you a few decals for being a loyal customer with all the biz you will send them.

I meant around 30hp with the headers installed, but I'm not sure if I should bypass the silencers, I got one on my honda and it's still loud, lol. I guess I'll try and search for some videos on youtube.

I was hoping it would be more-----i plan to do my exhaust front to back at some point.

Already did that thanks. I'm debating right now between 2.5 or 3 inch exhaust, then tuning.
I've been looking around and looks like nobody makes bigger TB for the sc400.

I'd like to see some dyno charts, that's around what my honda gained with a 2.5, I think the sc is capable of more but not sure.

I did everything that you will have (2.5 inch) and honestly I don't feel any difference...let alone 30hp. I did it because of the sound and individuality...at least up here anyway.

no need for silencers...even with xpipe and mufflers it's relatively quiet until you punch it.

that's the kind of reply I was looking for, thanks, I might re-consider doing this, if you don't feel much difference it might just be a waste of money.
