Also not having to have a seperate alarm unit and having it integrated into the key? Nice

Style trying to figure out what relay I would use- do our parking lights take 30amps?
I would love to use a Viper alarm from a factory SC remote. Unfortunately, my remote only has one button and the range sucks on it compared to my other cars.

Now this is some god info to have, cause I hate not being able to see or hear if and when I locked the doors. Please do a DIY on this particular piece you ordered.

The relay is used to bump the output of the amperage up. You said the output is 200ma, well you can use a 5 pin relay. Radio Shack has them, shoot Walmart has them in the car audio section. More specifically, I think it is a SPST 5-pin relay. If you tell me the polarity (positive or negative) of that 200ma output I can tell you exactly how to hook it up. The intructions should say.

Default Lock/Unlock antenna is rear defogger

About that range sucking, it helps to aim it at the rear window, cause the receiving antenna is the rear defogger.

Can someone tell me what the "beeping" sound is when I turn the ignition off and remove the key (with lights OFF and door CLOSED)? It just started doing this for the first time since I've had the car and I'd like to turn it off! Can't find a logical topic in the Owner's Manual to cover this....
