You may have crossed some of the plug wires when doing the plugs.

After changing my plugs, it knocked for a few seconds then stopped when i got out of the car and went to check out where it was coming from. I pulled a plug and checked out the cylinder through the plug hole and it didnt look like the plugs were hitting the cylinder or anything. I also smoked for a little while but that was because oil got into a few cylinders while changing the plugs.

the valve cover gaskets leaked and pooled in the center where the plugs and wires sit. I cleaned as much as possible but some still got in there. Anyway, the smoke went away after a minute or so also. I used ngk iridium bkr6eix-11 plugs.

Started and ran it for a while after and never heard the knocking again, pulled most of the plugs (the ones not blocked by the TB) and none looked like they were hitting or anything.

No one can tell you which one it is without physically looking at it. You'll have to go back a check each of them, I'm sure you'll be able to find some diagrams on here somewhere.

Def. re-check oil level, and that each plug wire is at the correct cylinder.
