Default Difference between differentials

I've been searching for about an hour and can't seem to find anything. My question is, is there a difference in the types of Lsd's between a Supra na auto and a Supra tt auto? Are they both a Torsen?

I know the gearing is different but I'm not asking about that. Just want to make sure it's a Torsen rather than a clutch type Lsd like a Viscous.

I also know na Supras came with open differentials, but they came with an optional Lsd.

Reason I'm asking is that a friend has a differential off his MKIV which is an auto and non turbo. It's verified it's not an open since both wheels turn, just trying to figure out if it's a Torsen now to swap it into my SC300 5 speed. I don't plan on changing the gearing out, I just want to swap the pumpkin.

Gearing:
SC300 manual : 4.08
Na auto 93-96 : 4.272
I would appreciate it, thanks.
