22''staggered rims on 95 sc 400

i just purchased a pair of 22x10.5 rear and 22x9.0 front black giovanna libson wheels for my 1995 sc 400 with a offset of positive 35 front and 40 for the rear.my question is who out there has this wheel combination?i don't want my car raised nor cut in any way.my tire size is 235/30/22 front and 255/30/22 rear.

i think you would have to do everything you don't want. the wheel size will raise your car and you will need to get rid of your fender liners(no big deal). not sure what else you need to do. be sure to post up when you finish.

Those seem like truck tire sizes for that size of rim- I have seen 22s pulled off on a g35 coupe- had to run 20 on the profile- they were pure rubber bands. In order for this to look right you're going to need super stiff suspension to prevent rubbing and you're going to have to lower it and have a low body kit. The good thing is you didn't get ridiculous offsets so you should be able to have the wheel sit flush without running negative camber which will improve the overall height of the wheel/tire.

Most important thing here- 20s do not look good on a stock body 92-96 SC. Looks good on a 97+. But 22s will look like a donk without a body kit.

Also a quick google image search returned this:

See how rubber band those tires are? Still looks donk without a kit

Unless you can pull off some serious camber, with those offsets/width and tire sizes, your going to have to roll/cut your fenders...but can I ask, why 22's? It just looks horrible...

It has been covered, search 22"...anyway to save you some time it can look good if you do it right and if they are big chrome wheels.

good lord thats huge!!!!! 20's look big on this car

Woooo this is already a fail in the making. Good lucking fitting these... you will have to tub the front and chop up all kinds of fender wells to make thise work without rasing your car.

you probably spent more on your wheels then your car

Guys! 20's arnt big! :) OK they can look big.

22's? Dont think they will look too great but you are here and welcome to prove me wrong. I run 20's on mine, that would be the max imo.

Just merged the 2 threads together.

You going to need to roll your fenders may be a cut too or you might have to go with hijacker suspension, that's if they even make it for our cars
