nothing can replace the 90's hip how was in it's truest and realest form. looking ad dead prez and who's world then. id never think id own and be roling around in one of those rap video cars.
wonder what the new kids of this generation look forward to. iam sure bentlys and lambo's won't loose value. and in 10-15 years from now they won't be driving them(the ol old 911 never devalued).
iam saying it's nogstaslic that the true old heros of hip-hop actually drove these. and the fact that these used to be $50,000 cars. now i have one.(yea)

well when people say everything out now is garbage...em is out NOW..and nothing compared to og's seriously?..he makes every "og" look horrible...
no one compares to his syllable game or word play..hes really on his own level.
even back in the 90's he was on a totally different level..and now with recovery..guys just too sick...
and really..90s rap is basically the same ****..girls are worthless(agreed)..money drugs and killing ppl...really how many of you can relate to pushing weight or killing ppl or pimping hoes..??..
and then theres a handful of ppl who are laid back just enjoying life and talking about it..
not much has changed except the slang and a few exceptions...

"Old" Em was nice. "New" Em is that guy who still has the ability but isn't hungry anymore, so we never see it. His gimmick of "I do drugs, hate my mom, my baby's mom" turned into whiny garbage a long time ago.
As for the 90's versus today, the context of what cats rhyme about has never changed- girls, cars, guns, hustlin', how nice of an emcee you are- what has changed is that no one really spits or flows any more. Flows nowadays are garbage, and beats are junk. Beats used to have hard sharp snares and meaty kicks. The Boom-bap is gone, really. Any one can make music, and everyone thinks they can rap. So now that the talent filter is gone, and the masses are dumber, instead of reasonable doubt, we get teach me how to dougie.
