Here are my smog results from 2008 and 2010. AFAIK the car has the original plugs and wires, O2 sensors etc. The car is not from CA but now lives here. I've typed the actual values (15mph only) in case the image is taken off the host.

The significance of this is that in 2008 my HC PPM was at the threshold for passing. In 2010 and 11,000 miles later, I changed the #2 oxygen sensor and my HC PPM changed drastically, but time hasn't fared well to the NO PPM numbers. I still haven't changed the plugs and wires. The PCV valve was changed about 1,000 miles ago. Does anyone know what the NO PPM numbers are linke to? Bad spark plugs? Cat?
