Default Sc300 dash lights blew out

I have a 2000 SC300 and my backlights on the instrument have gone out on my instrument cluster. The tachometer is not working correclty and all other gauges are working but there is no backlighting. This all happened at night after I tightened the battery cable because it was loose when I tried to crank the car. I have checked all fuse panels and all fuses re good under the hood and by driver left foot. Is there another fuse panel somewhere? PLEASE HELP

Is this an expensive dealer only item? where is it located? I saw the red needles flicker once but that is about it?

Did you ever figure out the probem? The same exact thing happened to me. Battery cable was loose. I tightened it and then that was it. RPM stoped working and backlight went. Im gonna pull the panel out soon but just havent had the time.

So I fixed the cluster, yay! I didnt even do anything. I removed the cluster, tried to find what was wrong and didn't see anything. So I put it back in and it just happened to be working again.

When I removed it, I had turned the ignition on even thought i read that I might get an airbag warning light. I didn't get an airbag warning light. I felt that i should put that in case that helped with my problem

Is that part of the flux capacitor?

No. They are the 3/8" sockets that hold the bulbs for the instrument cluster.
