Default Stock 2jzgte and a tune

What kind of hp and whp numbers should i expect after i finish the swap. 92 sc300 swapin the aristo gte motor with usdm turbos and fmic and an SAFCII. the harness is just getting finished up and i should have it back tues or wednesday? former G35 owner so not sure what to expect with the toyota. eventually soon i will do bigger injectors, cams, and fuel pump. my goal is 450-500whp. trying to setup for drift.

At 18 lbs my cousin was making just over 400hp in his MK4 supra. So I would think u should b able 2 break 400hp depending on how agressive your tune is.

It depends on the OCT of gas you are running.

93 OCT @ 18psi expect = 350-380 rwhp.

440CC JDM injectors are going limit you. JDM Cams are going limit you.

Even after fuel upgrades and cam upgrade if you want 450-500rwhp. Dont expect that out of USDM stock turbos even with Race Gas @ 21psi. You are going hurt your turbos bad. You need to go single or upgrade the turbos by then.

I have USDM turbos/cams/550cc injectors/2jzgte fuel pump (good for 550hp). I dyno'd at 350rwhp~ @ 15psi on 91 oct.

Do it right. J/k man, it is easy. Find a sc300 motor (2jzge) off car-part.com look for core motors listed and be sure to get all the bolts as well as a NEW puckup tube +gasket sealer and pickup tube seal from toyota/lexus (see vendor section). GL man should be a fun car!

edit: was your car a sc3 or 4? If it was a sc3 you have all the old parts on your old motor for the rear sump swap.

Do it right. J/k man, it is easy. You do know that 2jzge/gte as well as 1jz parts all swap back and fourth right? Use your old rear sump setup. Was your old oil pan damaged? If so find a sc300 motor (2jzge) off car-part.com look for core motors listed and be sure to get all the bolts as well as a NEW puckup tube +gasket sealer and pickup tube seal from toyota/lexus (see vendor section). This plus you will need a down pipe 3" exhaust.
