he wont be allowed to post a partout ad in the classifieds section. he doesnt meet two of the requirements. first he hasnt been on cl for at least a year and he hasnt passed the 500 post count. i've been here for a year and a half plus more than 100 post and i got my partout ad closed in less than a day.
